Nishant Gupta  (Founder)
CEO & Chief Strategist

Nishant travelled the world, from India to the US, to Germany, then to Australia, and then back to Germany. He has more than 15 years of experience in IT industry and holds a master degree in Information Technology. He came to Germany in 2001 and soon started liking it. Except bureaucracy he loves almost everything in Germany. He is of the opinion that Germany is the land of research and innovation but all big and innovative IT companies are founded outside Germany. He wants to change this fact.  

He is a visionary and a doer. Strong will and determination are his qualities. Likes perfection in everything and dedicates himself to what he does. Cares for his peers and goes extra mile to help others.

In 2005, he started planning about an idea targeting consumers and German retail industry. In 2007, he became more serious and started planning on few trend changing ideas. Finally in 2009, he decided to take the big step and laid the foundation of Saewa. 

Matthias Heiler (Co-Founder)

Matthias is a person with lot of patience. Enjoys work; that's why he never has to work. You cannot upset him, until you are a bad driver and driving in front of him. He is always open for new ideas. 

Worked at SAP for more than 15 years as Solution architect & Solution Sales Executive and is one of the author of the book on SAP Process Integration (PI). His focus areas were service-oriented architectures, integration platforms and business process management. He also lectures since more than 11 years in "Business processes with SAP systems", in the University in Bruchsal and Heidelberg. 

Since many years, he carried his entrepreneurial instinct and at Saewa he found the right team to move forward. Success of Saewa has become his dream now.

Raman Gupta (Co-Founder)

Raman is an enthusiastic and motivated person. Full of ideas and is always on the move. He is hard working and goal oriented. Keeps himself engaged in diverse activities. Knows how to keep a balance between work and life. 

Worked at SAP for more than 6 years as Senior Usability Engineer. Before that he worked at GE Electricals, India. He is also the founder of Get-Grocery.com, a successfully running, Germany based online store for  Indian groceries.

Sunil (Software Architect & Team Lead)

Sunil is the person who made it happen with right set of technical skills and international team coordination. His dedication combined with principles makes him special. Other colleagues call him Bible of .NET. He brings his 12+ years of strong expertise in Microsoft technologies to this project. To have such a person in our team is an honour.

Sanjeev (Senior Developer)

Sanjeev is a good team player. Communicative. Has 6+ years of IT experience. Always ready to do new things. Loves challenging work. Wanted to become a database administrator, but fell in love with this project and became a hardcore .Net developer.

Patricia and Jürgen (Creative Direction/Design)

Patricia and Jürgen are in the creative team of Saewa. Full of enthusiasm and motivation. They never miss a chance to unleash their design skills and creativity. 

Their task is to make complex information simple, clear and easily usable. They take care of complete design for web and print media.  

Patience, smile, dedication, are their strengths. We are proud to have them in our team.
